Under The Hammer: Industrial assets dominate commercial auction property market in 3Q2023

Property Auction House executive director Danny Loh says industrial properties and vacant land in the commercial auction property sector saw a surge in demand in the third quarter of 2023, boosting overall rental growth and occupancy rates. “Many bidders were looking to convert these [industrial properties] into warehouses and central kitchens,” Loh tells City & Country in an email interview.
